Colleen Gorman is a mixed-media artist whose very personal work reflects a diversity of interests. Her range is inspired by nature and includes all sorts of beauty, from the every day to the macabre. Colleen has experience in watercolor, oil, acrylic, charcoal, graphite, traditional photography, crochet, pyrography, wood carving, and has worked as a custom picture framer and florist. She has most recently begun making art digitally with Procreate, which has inspired and allowed the creation of this website. Colleen's other interests are collecting vinyl, watching dark comedies, lugubrious poetry, tarot, and an unhealthy obsession with David Bowie. When she's not painting she's busy being a mother of 2 human children, a black cat and a Boston Terrier. When not introverting in her home studio, she can be found walking in a NJ forest or on a Cape Cod Beach taking photos and Timelapse videos.
